we speak about deep serious thoughts and belief's in here, but what about things that makes us happy that makes us laugh?

What makes you laugh?
What makes you happy?

If you are in a sad moment, maybe after a long hard day at work, what do you do to cheer yo up?

This is about the halt of serotonin in brain, the once making us happy, what makes you happy??

It is the self-recognizing nature of our own mind,
which seeks to recognize its own pristine nature,
to recognize its own perfection

leaving it with nothing further to seek
or change outside,
and if there is nothing to seek or change,
there is no agenda, and no desire of other people,
or their things

there is also no desire to be right,
no self-righteousness,
Since perfection is already recognized
as the natural state in this present moment.

one has already arrived,
and there is nothing to grasp at outside
indeed, there is no inside nor outside.

All is at Peace, at Rest, at Enjoyment.

When I think about this, how I have gone thru life,
stressed out, unhappy, that is what makes me laugh.


When I can be like this, I can always be Happy, whether
the World is assailing Me, or appreciating Me, it is good.

That cheerful Friend.

I liked that words. comtain lot of true values for me.

Even for me is the people I meet the ones that fill my life with good.

At yesturday I was out to help 3 familys with their computers. I dont work for pay, but they always give me some, most important is the dialouge arround the coffee, or dinner when we talk and share.

these meetings fills my life with meaning.

a bounus point at yesturday was to se my ex girlfriend smile and I saw she was happy inside, it made me very happy and very glad

the gift of your self and time to others is always appreciated by good people, and not by those who seek to dominate you,

like paul, who in the essence of what he is, seeks to dominate by portraying himself as an authority of his knowledge.

it is simple ego on steroids trying to overcompensate because his inner self feels inadequate.

good people know they are good, and do not need to behave this way.

this is the difference between the three of us, and paul.

enough on paul and cat. i feel sorry for them, for they are trapped in their illusions that what they have convinced themselves of is the only way, and they rave at people, trying to get others to validate themselves.

good people have no need to convert others to their way of thinking, and they can just enjoy each other, as they are.

the good life, live and let live, freedom of choice of each person, and sharing the simple good things in life together is true happiness.
